A recipe in two steps and three movements to impress your little family.
For 4 people :
30 g of butter
the juice of 1 half lemon
1 C. chopped chervil.
Wash the zucchini. Wipe them and cut them into strips with a vegetable peeler. Throw them 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Melt the butter in a small saucepan with the lemon juice and herbs. Add salt and pepper. Pour the melted butter over the zucchini tagliatelle. Serve hot.
