Pasta ... vegetables! Here is a nice idea and will probably pass alone. A fresh recipe to discover from 1 year.

Ingredients:

  • 2 new carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 sprig of flat parsley
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots. With the help of a thrifter, detail carrots and zucchini in long slices. Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Throw in the carrots. Cook for 5 min then add the zucchini. Cook for an additional 2 minutes then drain and serve with a knob of butter and some chopped parsley.
