Chicken and vegetable pie

Fill up on vitamins, including precious folates, and protein with this recipe suitable for future moms.


  • For 4 people :
  • 2 chicken cutlets
  • 1 whole leek
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g of cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 1 broken dough
  • 2 teaspoons of curry
  • salt
  • pepper


Wash the leek very carefully to remove all the soil. Cut into slices 5 mm wide. Detail the cauliflower in small summits.
Immerse the cabbage and leek in boiling water for 5 minutes then drain them.
Whip the eggs with the milk and curry.
Spread the broken pasta in the bottom of a pie pan. Add the egg mixture and divide the vegetables, diced chicken.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and decorate the top of the pie. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
